CBK Figural & Inspirations Packaging
Client-requested figural packaging for Christmas by Krebs — packaging dielines created from scratch to fit shaped product, then finished with brand art for production.
Overview
Figural packaging starts with a harder problem than a standard carton: the structure has to protect and present a shaped product while still running in manufacturing.
From the client’s request and description of the item, I created the packaging dieline from scratch — not a stock template — then applied finished art for the Inspirations / figural program.
Structure and graphics were developed as one system: die first, art locked to the real panels.
Packaging structure (dielines from scratch) + production art
Christmas by Krebs deliveries (product and packaging programs) continued through 2023. Like all of my work, this started from a client request—built to their specs when provided, or to specifications I defined when they weren’t. Where structure was needed, packaging dielines were created from scratch. Final files carry my signature for production release.
