Assets are organized in Eagle as an art management system. Signed files move into manufacturing for all Krebs products—internal print production across process types, plus the packaging that goes with them, for internal Krebs and for clients. Christmas by Krebs deliveries (product and packaging programs) continued through 2023. As a freelance designer for Gerson Companies, I handled packaging for both the Hobby Lobby and Walmart programs for the 2025 season—work completed in 2024 for 2025 product on shelf. Both accounts approved all versions during the first client review. During the Gerson engagement I supported training and handoff to Gerson teams, building their capability to independently complete future projects with Krebs clients absorbed through Gerson’s acquisition of Krebs. Dollar figures below are estimates for scale, not audited cost accounting.

How to read this
Product covers all Krebs products produced with internal print production—the various print processes used in-house (pad print, screen, inkjet, silk, multi-pass decoration, personalization, glass/shatterproof, and related methods)—for both internal Krebs programs and client work.
Packaging is the packaging that goes with those products: hangtags, multi-count boxes, bins, PDQs, and related secondary packaging (including converter-ready art such as El Paso Paper Box–class files)—again for both internal Krebs and client programs.
My role is design through signed production release. On the Gerson programs, both accounts approved all versions during the first client review.
